A luxurious and very patriotic throw made from Merino and Shetland Pure New wools, these warm and comforting additions to your home are produced entirely at a single site in Guiseley, West Yorkshire. The raw wool is dyed, spun and woven to exacting detail to produce the finest woolen homeware available anywhere in the world. 

Produced in one of the last vertical textile mills in the UK, the entire manufacturing process is carefully controlled to create the very pinnacle of the historic West Yorkshire wool trade. The mill itself has produced wool for 180 years and every fibre is infused with the heritage that makes for a truly luxury product.

These throws measure approx. 6ft x 4.5ft (l x w)

UK Delivery Costs & Timings

Standard delivery for orders under £250 take 3-5 working days and will be charged at £3.50

We offer a free standard delivery service for orders over £250; this should be applied automatically at the checkout page.

All orders are despatched through Royal Mail. Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK are categorised by continent. Please see below for our standard international delivery charges & timings.

Europe
Standard delivery to Europe takes 5-10 working days and will be charged at £9.95

North America
Standard delivery to North America takes 5-10 working days and will be charged at £14.95

Asia
Standard delivery to Asia takes 10-14 working days and will be charged at £14.95

Oceania
Standard delivery to Oceania takes 10-14 working days and will be charged at £17.50

All international orders are despatched through UPS. If you order from our website for delivery outside the UK, there may be import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Delivery FAQs

What if my purchased products are out of stock?
On occasion, a product might be out of stock in our warehouse after an online order has been completed. If this occurs, our customer service team will contact you either the same or by the next working day by phone (where details have been provided) or by email. We will provide an up-to-date delivery schedule for the out of stock item(s); if this schedule is unacceptable we will process a full refund for your order.

There’s been a mistake with my order or delivery, what should I do?
If you have been delivered the wrong product(s), please inform our customer service team immediately by emailing customerservice@moons.co.uk – our team can arrange either an exchange or a full refund at no further cost to you.

My delivery hasn’t arrived within the usual timing quoted, who can I contact?
In the rare instance that your order does not arrive within the expected time-frame (see UK Delivery and International Delivery tabs for relevant info) then please email customerservice@moons.co.uk for a delivery update from our carriers. Occasionally our carriers can experience delays due to a number of issues including adverse weather, driver shortages, or accessibility to a delivery address.


RETURNS We believe you will love everything from Bronte by Moon, however If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we do of course offer a returns service. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER WANTED If you change your mind and no longer want the item you have ordered please notify our sales department by emailing customerservice@moons.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Goods must be returned with 28 days of your notification that you wish to cancel your order. The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your original delivery note and a completed Returns Form. Download our Returns Form here. Once the goods are received by the Bronte by Moon stock team, they will be inspected. If the items are in a re-sellable condition, you will be refunded the original order value for the returned items within 14 days. Return shipping for unwanted items is at the customers own expense and does not form part of the refund. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS If you have received an incorrect item or an item is damaged please inform our sales department by emailing customerservice@moons.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will then despatch a returns label for you to send the items back. Return the goods with a copy of your original invoice/order confirmation and a completed Returns Form advising if a refund or replacement is required. Once received by Bronte by Moon, the returned goods will be inspected. If a replacement is required this will be despatched within a few days of Bronte by Moon receiving the original item back. Should a fault be disputed with the returned item/s, a full explanation will be given by Bronte By Moon. Should you wish to appeal the decision you must send your appeal within 7 working days to be reviewed. If a refund is required then the original order value of the goods (including the delivery charge) will be refunded within 14 days. Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach Bronte by Moon. We advise that all returns are made using a reputable company where the return parcel can be tracked. If you have purchased your Bronte by Moon product through a 3rd party retailer or e-commerce website then the return must be processed by the company who you originally purchased the product from. We cannot refund or replace goods that have been purchased through a 3rd party.
